In this two hour somatic sound journey, we’ll dissolve tension, awaken the body’s innate tremors, and open the creative flow within. Through tension/stress release movements, deep gong resonance, crystal bowls, and elemental chimes you’ll be guided into a spacious presence where sound and movement nourish and awaken healing and creativity.
